FAQ

What is the turnaround time for my images?

Please allow up to 7–10 business days to receive your beautifully edited gallery for Signature sessions, and 2–3 weeks for Lifestyle & Essential packages. You will first receive a watermarked proofing gallery to choose your favorite images for final editing. If you fall in love with more moments, additional photos can always be requested for an extra fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and I completely understand! For standard portrait and lifestyle sessions, cancellations or adjustments are required at least 7 days before your scheduled date. You are allowed one complimentary reschedule if requested prior to that 7-day window. Late changes will result in a forfeited retainer, and a new one will be required to book a future date. Events require a strict 30-day notice.

WHICH SESSION TYPE SHOULD I BOOK?

It all depends on your vision! For classic individual portraits, creative headshots, or graduation shoots, choose our Signature Solo package. If you want to capture your family dynamic (up to 6 people), an engagement, or a sweet couples session, our Lifestyle package is perfect. For milestones, corporate gatherings, and intimate elopements, go with Essential Moments.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING & PLANNING PROCESS?

All bookings are securely completed right here through the website. To officially lock in your date on my calendar, a non-refundable retainer or payment in full will be due at checkout, depending on your session type. Once confirmed, expect a follow-up email or quick phone call so we can map out locations, styles, and details. All you have to do next is arrive picture-ready and excited!
